Thomas Gibbons has been a leader in real estate sales since beginning his career as a Realtor in 2010. In 2014, he founded his boutique brokerage, FairGreen Real Estate, where he actively sells real estate while serving as the Designated Managing Broker. Throughout his residential sales career, Thomas has consistently earned recognition from the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Top Producer. His extensive knowledge of Chicago’s neighborhoods and nearby suburbs, often referred to as the “UrbanBurbs,” combined with his experience in home design and construction, has made him a highly sought-after Realtor for buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. In addition to residential sales, Thomas has significant experience in the sale and acquisition of multi-unit rental buildings, working with investors throughout Chicago and surrounding areas. His understanding of income-producing properties, market trends, and investment strategies allows him to guide clients through both residential and investment transactions with confidence. Thomas purchased his first investment property at the age of 23. He remodeled the building, converted it to condominiums, and sold the units in less than a year. Since then, he has purchased and sold many properties while also holding several as long-term investments. His personal investment experience gives him a deep understanding of the time commitment, market analysis, and strategic decision-making required to successfully sell a property or help clients find the right one.
